Weatherization Systems
Housewrap is a key component of many house wall assemblies, serving to drain bulk water and protect against air infiltration while allowing water vapor to escape. To do all those jobs properly, the material should be installed correctly. In this video, construction consultant Bill Robinson explains industry-approved methods for proper housewrap installation (as established in ASTM Standard E 2112), on behalf of the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA).
